Soggy children

I just wanted to let you know that we may be sending home a few soggy children today!

Upper school had invasion games with Mr Bint this afternoon and there were a couple of heavy downpours. Despite the rain, the children thoroughly enjoyed the sessions. We were offered the opportunity to have Mr Bint on a Monday afternoon at a greatly reduced cost due to his involvement with our Football club and it seemed too good an opportunity to miss. Therefore this half term he will be leading Upper School PE lessons on a Monday afternoon and next half term he will be leading Lower School PE lessons on a Monday afternoon.

Please be aware that whenever possible these sessions will take place outside (as it makes the sessions far easier to run and more beneficial for the children), so children need a outdoor PE kit (track suit or jogging bottoms and top) and coat in school.
