Year 6 swimming

I just wanted to let you know what a lovely time I had taking Year 6 swimming this morning. They didn't actually get to do a huge amount of swimming as the teachers spent time going through the safety rules and then doing a quick assessment to sort the children into groups which left a shorter than normal actual lesson.

However the children didn't seem to mind. As always they listened carefully, showed great respect and really enjoyed the opportunity. Even those who were a bit anxious before we went come back with a smile on their face. I'm already looking forward to going again next Friday.
