BPSM! I am so excited that we are signed up for BPSM again this year. If you are new to our school, this is an annual concert at the Anvil theatre in Basingstoke, run by a team of teachers (that I am part of) for schools in Basingstoke and Deane to take part in - which we come under, and last year was our first year- and it was fabulous!
This year is a compilation year - that means it will be a selection of songs and music chosen by the team, under a specific theme. This year, the theme was decided only on Wednesday to be 'The Joy of Music'! Think happy songs all about how wonderful music is. We are busy choosing and arranging music already... lots of work to be done before anyone starts rehearsing any music.
Sadly it's for Y3,4,5 and 6 choir and orchestra only - but if your child is younger, it's something for them to aspire to!
