Lovely children!

I have just been reminded (by a child who held a door open for me - lovely manners!) that I meant to post this after celebration worship last week.
 
Of many certificates that I gave out from our teachers, more than half of them weren't for academic achievement; they were for showing our school values, and for being generally good people. It's something very special about our school; how well-behaved our children are and how they live and breathe the values that matter to us as a school community - because these values matter to the children too.
 
It made me smile - and it made Mrs Bartlett very proud when I filled her in later that day (she couldn't be at the worship). What a lovely bunch of children we have here!
